Samrat: Throne of Power offers optional digital purchases that enhance your gameplay experience. All purchases are processed securely through authorized platform providers.
Purchase coins and premium currency to unlock exclusive content.
Strengthen legendary heroes with powerful upgrades and abilities.
Unlock premium seasonal rewards, exclusive missions, and bonuses.
Customize your kingdom, heroes, and profile with premium cosmetics.
Android purchases are securely processed through Google Play Billing.
iOS purchases are securely processed through Apple In-App Purchase services.
Purchasing digital content does not grant ownership of the Game or any intellectual property. Virtual items remain licensed digital content.
Since virtual items, premium resources, and digital content are delivered instantly and may be consumed immediately, we do not provide direct refunds except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund requests must be submitted directly through the platform from which the purchase was made.
Refund approvals are determined solely by the applicable platform provider and remain subject to their individual refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
Purchasing digital content grants you a limited license to use that content within the Game. It does not transfer ownership of any virtual item, currency, or intellectual property.
Samrat: Throne of Power offers various virtual currencies, premium resources, heroes, cosmetic items, and other digital content to enhance your gameplay experience.
Coins, gems, tokens, and premium resources exist only inside the Game and cannot be exchanged for real money.
Heroes, upgrades, skins, boosts, and premium equipment remain digital content licensed for use in the Game.
Kingdom decorations, premium buildings, banners and exclusive rewards are linked to your account only.
Purchasing or earning virtual currency and items does NOT transfer ownership rights. All digital content remains the exclusive property of Samrat: Throne of Power and is licensed for your personal use only.
We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, replace, discontinue, or remove any virtual currency, digital item, hero, cosmetic, reward, or gameplay feature at any time in order to maintain fair gameplay and improve the player experience.
Samrat: Throne of Power, including all game assets, artwork, technology, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
All rights, title, and interest in the Game remain the exclusive property of Namod K. and FSTSteps Pvt. Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred to players.

Samrat: Throne of Power is a live service game that evolves over time. To improve gameplay, performance, and security, we may introduce updates, enhancements, or changes without prior notice.
Introduce new mechanics, improve controls, and enhance player experience.
Adjust heroes, units, weapons, skills, and strategies to ensure fair competition.
Resolve technical issues, crashes, exploits, and improve overall stability.
Add heroes, maps, missions, events, cosmetic items, and seasonal rewards.
Features, game modes, virtual items, events, pricing, rewards, and availability may change over time. Certain content may be modified or removed to maintain balance, improve gameplay, or comply with legal requirements.
Updates may be deployed automatically or require you to download the latest version of the Game. Continued use of Samrat: Throne of Power after an update constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Using cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, automation tools, or unauthorized software.
Chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or unauthorized purchases.
Harassment, offensive behavior, threats, hate speech, or abuse.
Account sharing, selling, impersonation, or unauthorized access.
Minor violations may result in a warning.

Samrat: Throne of Power is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to deliver a high-quality gaming experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or defect-free operation of the Game.
The Game will always remain available without interruption or downtime.
The Game will always be free of bugs, defects, or technical issues.
Player progress, saved data, or virtual items will never be lost due to unforeseen events.
The Game will function on every device, operating system, or network configuration.
You are responsible for maintaining your own internet connection, compatible device, account security, and backup of any personal information associated with your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties—whether express, implied, or statutory—are expressly disclaimed unless otherwise required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Samrat: Throne of Power, its owners, affiliates, licensors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game or inability to use the Game.
Lost game progress, corrupted saves, account data, or cloud synchronization failures.
Lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or economic damages.
Downtime, maintenance, outages, network failures, or unavailable online features.
Loss of virtual currency, purchased items, rewards, or account progression.
If we are found liable for any claim, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for purchases within the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
